Inspired by a passion for fine spirits, Loch Lat is the result of a three-year journey. To create a whisky worthy of the Neuchâtel region, we selected the finest malt must and collaborated with expert oenologists to oversee a precise distillation.The spirit was aged in repurposed Cognac casks, a choice that defines its character. This process imparts a rich, complex flavor profile, blending the traditional strength of malt with the refined, fruity elegance of the French spirit.
The name Loch Lat pays tribute to our local landscape, while the logo features the Wheel of Saint Blaise. This ancient artifact, discovered nearby, represents the region’s deep history and the circular nature of time—a perfect bridge between the art of the distiller and the craft of the watchmaker.
